Due to the promotion of ecological means of transport, closing city centers to diesel traffic, more and more people are starting to use electric bicycles. Thus, they are looking for an easy and practical way to charge the batteries of their two-wheelers. Bicycle battery charging cabinets are an innovative solution that allows for easy organization of the process of charging and storing bicycle accessories. The wardrobe is available in two variants:
- hanging
- standing
Hanging cabinets are mounted to the wall using wall plugs. Cabinets can become an element of garage equipment, covered parking spaces, and even employee locker rooms. Mounted outdoors, they must be located under the roof. Each box is closed with a cylinder lock.
It is also possible to lock with a combination lock. To ensure a very good quality of the sheet surface, the zirconium phosphating process and zirconium conversion were used before powder coating. This process for a specific environment provides adequate anti-corrosion protection and guarantees high adhesion for powder paint. The product is covered with a primer paint, which additionally protects against the negative impact of the environment, and a non-flammable powder paint.
When designing these cabinets, we aimed to simplify the charging process and make it faster and safer.
The removed battery does not have to be kept at home, thanks to our cabinet it can be safely and quickly charged, e.g. in a garage, underground car park or other covered place. Any batteries (except lead-acid or other batteries emitting harmful fumes) can be stored in lockers. The battery charging cabinet is the perfect solution for charging multiple batteries at the same time, e.g. in rentals, services, shops with electric bicycles or battery charging stations.
