Conveniently recharge your electric bike
With each passing year, electric bikes are gaining popularity. The increasing awareness among society, technological advancements, and environmental concern significantly contribute to the growing number of electric bike users. They look and function like traditional bikes and are perfect for quickly getting to school or work, or enjoying a relaxing weekend ride.
Electric bikes are becoming cheaper and lighter each year, thanks to the introduction of new technologies, and they can easily handle difficult terrains. They are quiet, emission-free, and charging is faster, allowing riders to cover longer distances. Depending on the battery size, electric bikes can travel distances of up to 100 km. It is recommended to charge the battery before each ride to enjoy carefree cycling.
As the battery is the heart powering our vehicle, we designed and built a cabinet for charging electric bike batteries. Our goal was to simplify and speed up the charging process while ensuring safety. With our cabinet, you no longer need to keep the detached battery at home; you can safely and quickly charge it in places like the garage, underground parking, or other covered areas. The cabinets can accommodate various types of batteries (excluding lead-acid or other types emitting harmful fumes).
The battery charging cabinet is an excellent solution for simultaneously charging multiple batteries, such as in rental shops, service centers, electric bike stores, or battery charging stations.
There are two types of battery charging cabinets available:
- A 6 or 9-compartment wall-mounted cabinet.
- A 9-compartment freestanding cabinet.
The cabinet's construction is sturdy, made from sheet metal protected with a zircon conversion coating method. Powder coating provides corrosion resistance, and the paint is also fire-resistant. Each compartment has perforations on the doors and rear walls to allow ventilation and is secured with a cylindrical lock. There is also an option to install other types of locks according to the user's requirements, such as a digital lock. The maximum power rating of the cabinet is 3680 W. The cabinet is equipped with a circuit breaker to ensure safe usage.
The battery charging cabinet is an excellent solution for every electric bike owner. The robust construction helps secure the charging process, protects against theft, and prevents access by children. It provides a discreet, safe, and optimal location for charging electric bike batteries.
