Before Poland's accession to the European Union, the "B" safety mark was a certificate required for products specified in the relevant regulations of the Council of Ministers and issued by the Polish Center for Accreditation. It gained many supporters and guaranteed that the manufacturer made every effort to ensure that his product was safe. We could find it mainly on electrical products, toys, tools and elevators.
After joining the EU, EU regulations came into force, compliance with the standards is confirmed by the manufacturer, not an independent certification body. The manufacturer, on his own responsibility, declares the safety of his product in order to be able to sell products on the EU market after meeting the assumptions of EU standards and directives and placing the CE mark on the product.
Currently, manufacturers have returned to certify their products with the B safety mark, because a product with the B mark is a product that is safe to use, modern, environmentally friendly and, above all, inspiring trust. The Polish Association for Technical Research and Attestation decided to restore the rules for granting the B safety mark, creating a voluntary certification system, and sought legal protection of the mark.
Malow produces cabinets that have been awarded the B safety mark as a friendly and safe product, manufactured in such a way as not to harm the environment. It was awarded after tests in accredited and manufacturer-independent laboratories, in accordance with the rules corresponding to Polish regulations and standards of our market.
The B mark on the WSU and MSU type cabinets confirms our care for the health and safety of the client. Our paints are certified by the Polish Institute of Hygiene, do not contain heavy metals and harmful substances. They are resistant to weather conditions and non-flammable.
The cabinets have a 5-year warranty, and the reinforced structure of the "Wemo" series in the WSU and MSU cabinets ensures rigidity and safety when moving. Each cabinet has a system of holes that allows the cabinets to be screwed together or screwed to the wall. And models equipped with legs have the ability to adjust the leveling feet to further improve stability. We have made every effort to ensure the safety of people using our cabinets.
The tests were performed by a recognized, competent and independent research laboratory of the Polish Center for Testing and Certification. The certificate confirms compliance with the PN-EN 161221+A1:2017-11 standard. After granting the B safety mark, the certification bodies supervise the issued certificates by checking the organizational and technical conditions, the way the certificates are used by suppliers, and they examine samples taken from suppliers or purchased on the market.
