MSW heavy workshop cabinets were created with professional users in mind. The main purpose of MSW cabinets includes car workshops, large industrial and production plants, heavy industry such as shipyards, aviation and railway plants, steelworks and refineries. Thanks to their solid construction, MSW cabinets are also ideal for workshops specializing in the processing of metals and other heavier elements.
MSW cabinets are available in two height variants: 1990 mm and 1040 mm, and in two width variants: 1000 mm and 1200 mm.
MSW cabinets are available in various variants to meet the multiple needs of users:
- MSW with shelves: Basic model equipped with galvanized shelves. Low cabinets have 2 shelves and high cabinets have 4 shelves. The load capacity of each shelf is 100 kg.
- MSW with containers: Instead of standard shelves, these cabinets are equipped with easily removable containers. Depending on their dimensions, the cabinets can accommodate 136 to 276 containers.
- MSW with shelf-bath: They have specially profiled, tight, galvanized shelf-bath, ideal for storing smaller parts or liquids. The load capacity of each shelf-bath is 60 kg.
- MSW with shelves and drawers: A combination of shelves and drawers, where the space has a load capacity of 100 kg and the drawers have a load capacity of 40 kg.
- MSW for tools: Special versions with a tool wall to which accessories can be attached. They are available in two equipment versions, with 2 shelves and 2 drawers or 4 drawers and a set of handles.
- MSW for chemicals: Designed for storing chemicals, equipped with tight, galvanized shelf trays with drainers and anemostats.
- Divided MSW: ​​They have a special partition and additional shelves, which improves their durability and functionality. The tall versions have a locked compartment.
All MSW cabinets have galvanized shelves with a load capacity of 100 kg, made of 1 mm sheet metal. The shelves can be adjusted in height every 25 mm, which allows for flexible adjustment of the space in the wardrobe to the user's requirements. The cabinets are also equipped with levelling feet that can be adjusted from the inside, which allows for precise positioning even on uneven surfaces. Additionally, the bottom rim is equipped with glides that protect the floor from scratches. The doors of MSW cabinets have external hinges and the opening angle is 180°, which provides free access to the interior of the cabinet.
All MSW cabinets are welded and do not require their assembly. They are delivered to the customer completely and are ready for use within a few minutes after unpacking.
MSW heavy workshop cabinets have 3-point locks with a RONIS knob, and each lock comes with a set of two keys. Before painting, MSW cabinets were zirconized, which provides very good anti-corrosion protection and improves paint adhesion.
MSW cabinets are available in a full range of 16 RAL MALOW colours. During configuration, you can choose any body colour and a completely different door colour, which allows you to create 256 different colour configurations.
